Today we spent time filming our main performance scene using the white screen. In this location the artist sings the most powerful and emotional parts of the song - 'for a girl he holds it down'. This ties in well with her glamorous dress as we are trying represent her as this raw yet classy women. At this point her body language is big (so lots of movements with the arms) and her facial expressions clearly reflect her love for her partner. The shots came out good and we made sure to gain a lot of angles as well as shot types and movements. Below are some screenshots from the footage.
Overall we had a great time filming even though there is one obstacle we have to overcome. As you can see in the third image (the one were the artists back is turned to the camera), it is very shadowy and quite dark. So we will have to figure out a way to get rid of the shadows as well as brighten up the footage. Other then that we are happy with everything that we have filmed!
